Mohammad Omar Safi
Mr. Mohammad Omar Safi is a distinguished security and risk management authority with more than two decades of commanding presence in global security operations. His career launched at the United Nations in 2001 as an Assistant Field Security Officer, eventually rising to Security Coordinator for Northern Afghanistan. By 2007, he transitioned to the private sector as the Security Director for Etisalat Afghanistan, where he orchestrated the comprehensive protection of high-value personnel, physical assets, and critical national infrastructure.
Following these pivotal roles, he established TM4 Security Services in 2010, driving the firm's strategic international expansion into the United Arab Emirates and Canada. His deep commitment to public service was further demonstrated by his tenure as the Governor of Kunduz Province in 2014. Mr. Safi academic credentials include a Master of Science in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester, UK.
Complementing his educational background, he has undergone rigorous specialized training in crisis response, hostage management, and hostile environment tactics. As a United Nations Certified National Trainer, he offers an unparalleled depth of expertise in protective services and organizational leadership, specializing in mitigating risks within the most complex and high-stakes operational environments.

As the Operational Director of TEAM4 Security & Concierge Services Corporation, Dr. Said Majdood Raihan orchestrates the firm’s comprehensive service delivery, client relations, and strategic business growth across British Columbia.
With over five years of specialized experience in regional security and property operations, Dr. Raihan offers profound expertise in advanced site management, access control protocols, and rigorous operational compliance. His demonstrated success across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors provides him with a sophisticated understanding of the unique requirements faced by strata councils, property managers, and corporate stakeholders.
Holding a PhD from Hiroshima University, Japan, Dr. Raihan integrates international academic rigor with a steadfast dedication to executive accountability and service excellence. His leadership is defined by a commitment to implementing robust security solutions and maintaining the highest operational standards to ensure peace of mind for every TEAM4 client.
